1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tbsp coarse salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2/3 cup ground whole wheat flour
2 - 2 1/2 cups white flour
Corn Meal

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the years in a large bowl with 1/2 cup warm water. Let set for 10 min and then stir
Add the rest of the water, salt, olive oil, whole wheat flour and white flour.
Form a soft dough. Let rise for 1 - 1 1/2 hours
Grease your pizza pans and sprinkle with corn meal
divide the dough into 3, (if your not making 3 put each one into a plastic bag and freeze)
Knead your dough for about 1 minute, then start stretching it onto your pizza pan until the areas at the edge remain thicker.
Put your pizza fillings on enjoy
