2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450ºF. In a large bowl, with a fork or pastry cutter, blend int shortening to flour. Add the salt and baking powder. When it resembles small peas, add the milk. Turn dough on a lightly floured surface; knead 6-8 strokes. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick. Cut. Bake for 35 minutes.
