2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cps cold water
1 pkg (.3 oz) strawberry gelatin
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 graham cracker crust, 8 inch
2 cps whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
1) Set aside 4 whole berries for garnish.
2) Slice remaining strawberries and set aside.
3) In a large saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth.
4) Bring to a boil; cook and for 2 mins or until thickened.
5) Remove from heat; stir in gelatin and sugar until dissolved.
6) Stir in sliced strawberries and pour into crust.
7) Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs or until firm.
8) Cut reserved strawberries in half.
9) Garnish with whipped topping and half strawberry on each serving.
