1 Whole Chicken (cut up)
Salt and Pepper
Flour
1/2 stick of Margarine
1/2 cup of Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic minced
1 med. Onion chopped
1/2 cup Bell Pepper chopped
1 teaspoon Beef bouillon crystals

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper and then flour chicken. Brown in oil and butter combined. Remove chicken from oil and drain excess fat, leaving dripping and approximately 2 tablespoons of oil in pot. Add all vegetables and stir. Return chicken to pot. (Be sure to keep heat low while sautéing vegetables.) Sprinkle chicken lightly with flour. Add two cups of water and bouillon. Stir very gently only to mix flour, bouillon and water. Cover. As it starts to bubble it may need more water (add sparingly as needed) and more bouillon. Cook until chicken in tender - atlas one hour. Serve over rice.
