12 green cooking bananas
1.5 lb. of beef soup bones (you can substitute beef with pork meat bones).
4 oz. canned dice tomatoes.
1 big onion.
1 carrot.
1 green pepper.
1 tbsp. olive/ Canola oil.
1 can (8.0z) coconut milk.
Seasoning salt/ salt.

Peel bananas and cut them in medium pieces (three pieces per banana). Wash and submerge the bananas in a bowl of water until the time to cook as they will turn color if you do not. Cut meat in cubes.
In large pot cook the meat, add seasoned salt and make sure you have enough soup. After the meat is cooked but not too tender, add the uncooked bananas and let it all cook together until the bananas are done though not tender. In a separate pan, sauté the onions, then add , green pepper , carrots and tomatoes and cook until ready and have mixed into a thick sauce. When done add that into the mixture of banana and meat, let it simmer a bit until it all blends. Lastly, add the coconut milk and let it simmer to your satisfaction.
