cooking spray
2 cps shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cp half and half
1/2 cp mayonnaise
2 eggs
2 tbsps flour
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cp diced cooked ham, cooked bacon or shrimp
1/4 cp diced button mushrooms
1/4 cp finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350f.
2) Coat 12 standard size muffin cups with cooking spray.
3) Combine cheese, half and half, mayonnaise, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a blender.
4) Process until well blended.
5) Fill each cup with about 1 1/2 tbsps ham and 1 tsp each mushrooms and onion.
6) Pour equal amounts of egg mixture over each.
7) Cups will be about half full.
8) Bake 22 mins or until quiches are lightly golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

NOTE: The quiches will be puffy when removed from oven, but deflate rapidly.
