1 container (16 oz) nonfat plain yogurt (2 cups)
1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 green onions (include green tops), chopped
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove water
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
optional for presentation:
1 uncut round loaf of sourdough bread or assorted fresh vegetables or crackers

Directions:

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and sugar in a medium bowl; stir to combine. Add green onions, spinach and chestnuts. Refrigerate. Using a serrated knife, cut off the top of the bread. Remove interior of bread, leaving a 1-1/2-inch shell. The chunks of bread that are removed from the loaf as well as the top (cut into chunks) can be served along with the dip. Place dip in hollowed out sourdough, if desired. Serve with raw vegetables and/or chunks of sourdough bread or crackers.
