1 can cream of potato soup
1/3 cup milk
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1 ½ quart shallow (10x6x2) baking dish, combine all ingredients except cheese. Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot. Top with cheese and continue baking until cheese melts. Makes 4-6 servings.
