1 lb. Mostaccioli or rigatoni
1 lb. beef strips
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 1/2 t chili powder
1 1/2 t minced garlic
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 4oz can chopped green chills
3/4 C water
1T beef bouillon granules
cooking spray

Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Boil pasta as directed on package. Over medium heat, stir-fry beef strips, onion, chili powder and garlic in skillet generously sprayed with cooking spray. Cook until beef is lightly browned. Add red pepper and chopped green chilies.
Cook and stir until pepper is tender-crisp. Stir in hot pasta, water and beef bouillon and heat through.
Serve immediately.
