Crust:

1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup walnuts
Filling:

2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 box frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the crust mixture 15 minutes in 350º oven in a 9x13 pan. Crumble it up into small pieces after it has cooled.

Beat filling ingredients until stiff in a large mixing bowl. Add 1 tub Cool Whip and fold into mixture. Pour mixture over broken crumbs and freeze.

This dessert is rich and delicious, freezes well and is always ready to serve unexpected company. Before serving a person can sprinkle some sprinkles on top for decoration.
