sauce:

1/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon Worstershire Sauce©
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Line shallow pan with foil. Remove thin membrane from the under side of the ribs. Sprinkle both sides with black pepper and store bought dry seasoning (i.e. TexJoy©). Place ribs on foil, put approximately 1/3 cup of water in pan and cover with another sheet of foil. Bake in 300º degree oven for approximately 3 hours (or longer if ribs are frozen) until tender. During the last hour baste both sides with the following sauce:

Easy Barbecue Sauce: (Recipe is for one rack of ribs, double or triples well)
Heat in small pan until sugar melts.

This sauce is also good on pork chops and mixed with leftover shredded pork for sandwiches.
