Filling:
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup melted margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla


Topping:

1/3 cup self-rising flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup melted margarine
1 cup coconut
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Filling:
Combine ingredients, mix with electric mixer or in blender. Put in baking dish.

Topping:
Mix up and put on top of potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

***If you make ahead and refrigerate then heat up for a longer period of time***
