Directions:
Directions:
Take out and unroll both pie crusts (they are easier to shape when thawed a bit.) After you have browned and drained the beef, add the cheese. Stir until melted. Add vegetables and stir all ingredients together. Place one of the pie crusts in pie dish, add the mixture and place the other pie crust on top. Fold the sides under so the mixture doesn't spill out while cooking. Poke a few fork holes in top crust. Cover edges of pie with foil, leaving the middle exposed. Bake according to the 2-crust pie instructions on the box.
