1 package of Ziti (or your favorite) pasta-cooked and drained
1 package of Italian sausage-cooked and drained
1 large jar of pasta sauce
1 jar of Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 lb. of grated mozzarella cheese-divided
1 package of fresh spinach leaves-stems removed (as much or as little as you would like)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all of the above ingredients together, including 1/2 of package of cheese and place in 9X13 baking dish. Bake for about 25 minutes. Add other half of package of cheese on top and bake until the cheese is melted. Serve with garlic bread.

Variation: Use regular or hot sausage, pepperoni, ground beef or turkey or debone a rotisserie chicken.
