2 lbs pork loin, cubed 1/2 x 1/2 inch
250 g Arenga Candy (gula jawa), shaved.
5 garlic cloves, crushed
1 T sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground galanga
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
20 bamboo skewers

In a large bowl combined all ingredients and mixed well by hand
Cover, set aside to marinate for 3 hours.
Once marinated, skewed about 3-5 pieces in each bamboo skewer
Grill over low to medium heat until cooked
May be serves with steamed rice.
