1 lb. ground meat
1 lb. chopped onions
3 tsp. cilantro
1 pkg. wraps (from international food stores)
4 tsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt/as you desire
1 L. oil
100 ml. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat until done and dry for about 15 min. In a saucepan cook onion for about 5 min. add cilantro and cook for about one more minute. In a small bowl, mix flour and water (this is your 'glue'- it should be thick).
Take a wrap and fold diagonally so that you have a bi triangle. Then fold the left side diagonally then the right. Place a little 'glue' on the left side so that the 'holder' stays together. Place 1 T. of the mixture in the holder. You can place the right & left side flaps inside the holder or cut them with scissors (whichever is easier for you). Then put glue on the top rim and then place the top flap down.Wallmart have it. It should look lie a triangle. Fry for about 5 minutes. Makes 20 - 25 Sambusas.
