1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped plum tomato
4 6-inch pita bread rounds
10 oz thinly sliced deli cooked turkey, roast beef or cooked chicken

Directions:

In a medium bowl combine yogurt, vinegar, dill and sugar. Add cucumbers, red onions and tomato. Toss gently to coat. Set aside. Cut pita rounds in half crosswise; open pita halves to make pockets. Line pita pockets with meat. Spoon the cucumber mixture into the pita pockets. Makes 4 servings.
