9 c. Corn Chex
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips in a double boiler and cook until melted. Add vanilla and stir. Put Corn Chex in a very large bowl and pour the peanut butter chocolate mixture over the cereal. Toss, making sure the peanut butter chocolate mixture covers evenly. Coat with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
