1 8 oz. bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 jar Marie Callendar's blue cheese dressing
1 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (not reduced fat)
1 rotisserie chicken
1 small pkg. of fresh blue cheese crumbles
1 jar of hot sauce

Serves: 12
Preparation time: 50 minutes

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine cream cheese with half of the blue cheese dressing. Finely shred the breast of the chicken and add to cheese mixture. Mix in about 6 oz. of hot sauce (or more to taste) and the shredded cheese. Place all in a baking dish. Sprinkle the blue cheese sprinkles on top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with Fritos or other chips.
