4 medium onions, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp flour
3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 Tbsp celery salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lbs. fresh medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb. crabmeat
1/2 pin oysters, drained
1 large fish fillet, cut into bite size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in oil in a large saucepan until tender; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in next 6 ingredients bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
