1/2 cup olive oil
4 Tbsp lemon juice
6 cups tomato juice
1 can beef broth
1 cup beer
2 medium tomatoes, peeled, chopped
2 cups finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 green peppers, finely chopped
2 cucumbers, peeled, diced
croutons

Beat oil and lemon juice. Stir in tomato juice, beef broth, beer, tomatoes, celery, onion, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Taste for seasoning. Add chopped green peppers and cucumbers. Chill at least 3 hours. Serve with croutons.
