First layer:

2 cups crushed pretzels
3 Tbsp. sugar
¾ cup melted butter



Second layer:

1-8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 small container of Cool Whip(refrigerated/not frozen)



Third layer:

2-3 oz. packages of raspberry Jello mix
2 cups pineapple juice
2-10 oz. packages of frozen raspberries

First layer:
Mix all first layer ingredients together first and pat down into the bottom of a 9x13 in. pan for 10-15 minutes, at 350. Let crust cool.

Second layer:
Blend cheese and sugar in mixer. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Let sit in the refrigerator until firm(2-3 hours.) Do not mix the ingredients for 3rd layer until 2nd layer is firm.

Third layer:
Dissolve Jello in hot pineapple juice. Add frozen berries. Let partially set for 30 minutes. Pour Jello mixture over cream cheese and let set. Better if allowed to set for 24 hours before serving.
