1/2 lb. Bacon
1 egg
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp vinegar
1 cup finely crushed cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut thick slices of bacon in halves. Beat egg with a for. Add the dry mustard, cayenne pepper and vinegar.
Dip Bacon in egg mixture, then in finely crushed cracker crumbs. Place on rack and bake in 350º oven until crisp and brown (about 35 min.)
