2 cans Frito Lay Bean Dip
1 pint sour cream
1 pkg. taco mix
1/2 head chopped lettuce
1 c chopped green onions
1/2 c chopped black olives
2 c diced tomatoes
2 c Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
1 c cheddar cheese (grated)

Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

On a cookie sheet covered with heavy-duty foil, spread bean dip. Add taco mix to sour cream, mix well and spread on top of bean dip. Layer each of the remaining ingredients on top of taco/sour cream mix. Add tomatoes last, shortly before serving. Serve with taco chips. Enjoy!
