6 c. flour
1 tablespoon. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 1/3 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients, add beaten egg to water then slowly add liquid to dry mix simultaneously to make a dough. Once ready, roll out flat, approximate. 1/4" thick then cut into 3" squares. Using the same roaster pan that the turkey was baked in or a large pot, heat drippings also add a couple cups of water to make enough base to accommodate the dough that you will add once this mixture begins to boil, add dumplings, one at a time until all are in boiling drippings, constantly stirring otherwise they will stick to the bottom of the pot, decrease heat to medium/low continue to cook until ready to serve. Cooking time is approximately 20 minutes.
