1 Box of Elbow Macroni
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup Shredded Cheese/Swiss/Sharp Cheddar
2 Eggs
1/2 Stick Melted Butter
1 Capful of Olive Oil
3 Tsp. Dry Mustard
1/4 Stick of Butter
1/4 Cup Water Boiled

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Macroni for 6-8 minutes, drain, put in bowl with 1/8 stick of butter and 1 beaten egg.
Than layer casserole dish with macroni , other cheese-pour sauce of macroni and cheese-alternate.
Sauce:
In seperate bowl mix Dry Mustard -1 Tsp. Olive Oil,
1/8 Cup Butter melted, milk and one beaten egg-mix until smooth.
Topping:
Crush crotons /or crackers-mix with 1/4 cup of melted butter-spread over top and cook for 10 minutes .
