2-2/3 cups brown sugar
grated rind of 1 orange
1 lb (4 cups) flour
1 cup butter, margarine or shortening
3 whole eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together. Let set two days in the refrigerator. Roll out and cut into Christmas shapes. Bake until lightly brown.
