1/2 cup margarine
1-1/4 cup flour
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans (or walnuts)
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (9 oz) Cool Whip
1 (6 oz) pkg instant pistachio pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine first three ingredients. Pat into 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes and cool. Combine cream cheese and sugar, add 1/2 of Cool Whip, mix and spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding with milk, beat two minutes. Pour over cream mixture, top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
