1 loaf of white bread
2 c. Sugar
2 c. Milk
4 Cardamom
1 oz. Cashew nuts (10)
Unsalted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bread into small pieces and heat in a pan with butter and cashew nuts until golden brown. Set aside. Meanwhile, heat milk with cardamom seeds and the sugar until the milk turns yellow, for about 30 minutes.
Mix the bread into the milk and heat until it becomes solid. Keep on low heat while cooking. Cool then serve.

This is an Indian favorite Dessert. I like mine fairly sweet but you can add or reduce the amount of sugar to your likeness.
