1 lb. Chicken
2 Onions
4 Green chilies
3/4 cloves ,
2 tsp.Ginger Garlic paste
Vegetable Oil
Red chili powder
Salt
Chicken Masala
Few Mustard seeds
Pepper powder
Cilantro leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mustard seeds, cloves, onions, and green chilies. Add ginger garlic paste and red chili powder. Add chicken and let it cook (covered) for about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, and chicken masala, then garnish with cilantro leaves. Stir once before taking off the stove.

Use a pan with a large surface so that the chicken cooks evenly. Stir frequently while cooking. Serve with Rice.
