1 (40 oz) can yams
1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple and juice or raisins
2 tbsp light brown sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp chopped pecans
3/4 cp miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1) Drain yams; mash well.
2) Drain pineapple; reserve well.
3) Add juice to yams.
4) Add sugar and butter; beat well.
5) Stir in pineapple and pecans.
6) Coat inside of 1 1/2 qrt casserole with pam.
7) Spoon in mixture.
8) Bake for 20 mins at 350f.
9) Sprinkle with marshmallows.
10) Bake for 10 mins longer.
