6 english muffins
1 small can tomato paste
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, diced
4 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 lb sausage
oregano
Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix together tomato paste, sugar, salt, worcestershire and garlic.
2) Spread thinly on muffins.
3) Sprinkle cheese over tomato mixture.
4) Top with sausage.
5) Sprinkle with oregano.
6) Bake at 450f about 15 mins.
