4 hot baked potatoes
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Gouda cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. Pace Picante Sauce
1/4 c. diced cooked bacon
2 green onions, chopped ( about 1/4 c.)
1 jar (16 oz) Pace Chunky Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
1)Cut potatoes into lengthwise halves. Scoop out inside of potatoes and place in medium bowl. Set potato skins aside.
2)Stir 3/4 c. cheese, sour cream, picante sauce, bacon and onions into bowl. Mix well. Spoon mixture into potato skins and place on baking sheet.
3) Broil until browned. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly. Top with salsa.
