1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1- 3/4 c. hot tap water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an ungreased 9x9- in pan, stir together flour, granulated sugar, 2 T. cocoa, baking powder and salt.

Mix in oil, vanilla with a fork until smooth. Spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 c. cocoa. Pour hot water over batter. bake 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.

Spoon into dessert dishes upside down. Top with ice cream and spoon sauce over each serving. Serves 9.

(To microwave: cook 8-10 minutes or until no longer doughy.)
