1 can Evaporated Milk
4 to 5 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond essence
A pinch or two of Cinnamon and Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk and sugar into a pyrex bowl and mix well.
Beat eggs until light then add to milk mixture. Add almond essence, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well. Place pyrex boil in a pot of boiling water and cover the pyrex and pot. Steam for 20 minutes on medium to low heat.

Add cherries for garnish (fresh or canned). You may also use a double boiler instead of a pyrex and pot.
