2 cps sifted all purpose flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
6 tbsps milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
oil or shortening for deep frying
cinnamon/ sugar mix (50% cinnamon and 50% sugar)

Directions:
Directions:
1) In med bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
2) In small bowl, beat eggs; add milk and melted butter.
3) Add egg mixture to flour mixture; stir with fork until mixture holds together.
4) Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
5) Knead gently until smooth, 3 to 5 mins.
6) In electric skillet or heavy saucepan, slowly heat oil (1 1/2 to 2 inches deep) to 375f on deep frying thermometer.
7) Divide dough into 24 pieces. Shape each into ball.
8) Roll out each, on lightly floured surface, to make 5 inch round.
9) Gently drop rounds, a few at a time, into hot oil.
10) Cook, turning with slotted utensil, until rounds are lightly browned on both sides--about 2 to 3 mins in all.
11) Drain on paper towels. Dip in cinnamon sugar mix.
