Fruit:
1 lb Peaches, pit, peel and thinly slice
Granulated sugar to taste
Water

Crumble:
1/4 cp butter
1 cp all purpose flour
1/2 cp granulated sugar

Options:
Top with cream or custard or shredded coconut.



Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350f.
2) Prepare peaches.
3) Simmer peaches until nearly tender with sugar to taste and a little water--mixture must be fairly firm.
4) Place peaches into dish.
5) Prepare Crumble.
6) Mix butter into flour.
7) Add sugar to mixture.
8) Sprinkle over top of the fruit, press down firmly.
9) Bake 30 - 40 mins until crisp and golden brown.
10) Top with your choice of toppings.

*Canned peaches can be substituted for fresh peaches.
*Use your favorite fruit. Soft fruits do not need to be simmered like firm fruits.
