1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp dijon mustard
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp snipped parsley
1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 pkg, Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry - thawed

In a small bowl, combine eggs, water and mustard. Set aside. In med. bowl, stir together all other ingredients. Unfold pastry sheet. Brush generously with the egg mix. Sprinkle cheese mixture lengthwise over 1/2 of rectangle. Fold plain half over cheese, lining up edge and pressing to seal. Brush top with egg mixture. Cut crosswise into 1/2" wide strips. Twist each several times and place 1" apart on greased baking sheet, pressing ends down. Bake 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or lightly brown. Serve warm
