1 1/2 lb. med. shrimp
36 fresh pea pods
2 Tbsp butter
4 tsp flour
1/2 cup of 1/2 & 1/2 or light cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp capers, drained (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp, 2 minutes, set aside. Cook pea pods, covered in small amount of water for 3 minutes. Drain, rinse and cool. Wrap pea pods around middle of each shrimp. Secure with toothpick. Cover shrimp and chill.
Sauce:
Melt butter, stir in flour. Add 1/2 & 1/2 all at once. Cook and stir over med. heat until thickened. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, vinegar, mustards and pepper. Pour into serving bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with capers. Serve sauce with shrimp.
