2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
1-2oz. can flat anchovies, drained and minced
1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp pepper
1 - 8oz. pkg. party rye

Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Spread 1 scant Tbsp cheese mixture on each slice of bread. Broil 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Cheese mixture may be frozen. Chill well; shape into a log about 1 1/2" in diameter. Wrap securely and freeze. To serve, thaw cheese and cut into 1/4" slices. Place on bread and broil.
