1 dozen eggs
1 small avacoda
2 green onions, chopped (white with a little green)
2 Tablespoons sweet pickle juice
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon dry ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 Cup salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs and let cool. Cut in half lengthwise and remove yolk to med pan.Peel and mash avacoda and add to yolk. Add chopped green onions, sweet pickle juice, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and chili powder. Stuff mixture into white egg halves and top with small amount of salsa.
