Salad
3-4 Chicken Breasts, cubed (seasoned if desired)
1 head Cabbage, chopped
2 bunches Green Onions, sliced
2 pkg Ramen Noodles (chicken or oriental flavor)
1 tsp. Toasted Sesame Seed
4 oz. Almonds, sliced & toasted

Dressing
1 c. Oil (I use less)
1 T. Rice Vinegar
2 pkg Ramen Seasoning from noodle packages
2 T. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Pepper
4 T. Sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients, set aside.
Brown Chicken.
Break & Toast Noodles, Almonds, Sesame Seeds.
Toss salad ingredients together.
Add dressing & toss into salad.

I like to serve this while the chicken is still warm & the noodles are crunchy.
