1 cube Butter/Margarine
1 T. Yeast
2 T. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 c. Warm Water
Flour
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 375º.
Melt Butter in a 9x13 pan in oven while mixing other ingredients.
Mix Yeast, Sugar, Salt & Water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Add about 3 c. Flour to mixture.
Let rise for 10 minutes. Mix with hands. Add a little flour if you need, you don't want sticky dough!
Knead on counter (well-floured).
Roll out & cut into 16 strips.
Dip strips in butter as you place them in the pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
Let Rise for 5 minutes.
Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I tip one end of the pan up so I can roll the breadsticks in the butter pool at the bottom, then place at the top. I usually cut more than the 16 pieces.
You can also add Italian Spices on top with the Parmesan.
I also use less Butter...I think 1/2 - 3/4 cup.
