2 large onions (chopped)
1/2 green pepper (shredded)
olive oil
1 lb. green beans (cut in pieces)
1 T. sugar
2 lemons (juiced)
3 tomatoes (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion and green pepper in olive oil. Add green beans, sugar, lemon juice and tomatoes. Simmer for 45 min.
