1 small bag mesclun greens
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 8 oz jar roasted red beets
1 small red onion
4 oz goat cheese crumbles
sweet and sour dressing
Directions:
Directions:
wash and drain greens
cut red onion into small slices
quarter roasted red beets

arrange greens on salad plate
add roasted beets
top with mandarin oranges sliced red onion and goat cheese
finish with your favorite sweet and sour dressing
