6 oz. butter
8 oz. flour
8 oz. (2 cups) grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
1 tsp. mustard
2 eggs, separate yolks from white
1/2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Rub the butter into flour. Add grated cheese, salt, pepper and mustard and mix thoroughly. Add beaten egg yolks and cold water to make a stiff dough. Roll out about 1/4 inch thick, cup into strips and twist like twitters or make into any variety of shapes desired. Place the straws on a baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
