1 c Cabernet Sauvignon
1/2 c beef broth
1 T balsamic vinegar
1 T chopped shallots
1 t chopped Italian parsley
4 boneless ribeye steaks
2 T olive oil
Kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Bring the wine to a boil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until reduced by half, about 10 minutes. Add the broth, vinegar, and shallots. Bring to a boil. Cook until reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the parsley.

Brush the steak with the oil and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook.

Serve with a spoonful of the sauce.
