Baked Crab Dip and Pita Chips Recipe

Dip
1 pkg imitations crab
1 cup real Parmesan cheese
1 pkg light cream cheese
2 tbsp light mayo
2 tbsp sour cream (heaping)
2 green onions (only use the green)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
pinch of celery salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
pepper for taste

Pita Chips
4 fresh pitas
2 tsp butter or margarine
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt

preheat oven to 350 degrees
spread butter evenly over pita
sprinkle garlic salt and parsley
slice into 8 even pieces
bake for approximately 6 minutes
remove from heat

Dip

add cream cheese to bowl
soften cream cheese in microwave for about 45 seconds
add mayo and sour cream and 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese
add all spices and mix together

chop onions and crab
add to mixture
place in baking dish uncovered (stoneware is the best)
top with leftover cheese and bake for 5 min or until cheese is bubbling

serve on a plate with pita all around and sprinkle with parley
