1 no.303 can sweet peas
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/4 cup minced celery
1/2 cup cheddar cheese cubes
1/2 cup broken pecan pieces
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peas, onion, celery, cheese and pecans. Chop eggs; add to salad mixture. Season with salt and pepper.Add mayonnaise. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaf; garnish with parsley
