Chopped green onions
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream

Directions:
Prepare enough mashed potatoes to feed all of your guests. It's best to err on the side of too much, rather than too little and potatoes are relatively inexpensive.

Step 2
Create a example tatertini, a full glass of mashed potatoes topped with bacon bits, cheese, onions, and a big 'ole dollop of sour cream. Then place your "example" on the table so guests will know what they're in for when making their own.

Step 3
Set out a bunch of martini glasses at the head of the table, mashed potatoes in a large serving bowl and toppings in smaller bowls on the table.

Step 4
Give guests a brief explanation on how to create their own unique tatertini and watch as your guests have a great time.
